Housekeeping also dropped the ball. my room wasn't cleaned properly during my stay, leading to a lack of fresh towels and toiletries. The restaurant had decent food, but the breakfast prices caught me off guard. I thought it would be complimentary. Overall, the positives were significant, but the issues with cleanliness and WiFi affected my experience.

I had a fantastic stay where the friendly staff made my experience delightful, and I loved how close the hotel was to both Liberty Park, an amazing green space perfect for relaxing walks, and the bustling Temple Square, just a short stroll away, making my exploration of the city so convenient and enjoyable.

Everything about the hotel was great! Our daughter lost her tooth while we were staying there, we left the note she wrote to the tooth fairy on the sink the morning after. Upon our return that evening we noticed that there was a $1 left with the note. It was absolutely a generous gesture and so thoughtful, our daughter thought the tooth fairy came back one more time for her!
